In 2017, BRAA joined NAA to participate in the Click & Lease program.
Click & Lease is a web-based leasing program offered exclusively to members of the National Apartment Association. This powerful and easy-to-use leasing program allows an apartment community to save time and money by speeding up preparation and printing of legal documents. In addition to providing greater efficiency to the onsite leasing process, prospective residents may fill out a rental application online, and property managers may audit and edit entire portfolios of leases with a few clicks of a mouse.
The lease and accompanying addenda cover every aspect of the rental process and are reviewed by expert attorneys to ensure legal compliance. The language of the lease is constantly monitored and modified to reflect new legislation or jurisprudence.
How NAA Click & Lease Works
1. After becoming a member of NAA, visit leaseportal.naahq.org and follow the sign up instructions.
2. Choose the package that’s right for you:
Apartment Package
Required for any community with 50 or more units.
Recurring Annual Fee:
- NAA Affiliate Membership Dues (based on property location)
- $300 Blue Moon license fee
- $2.99 per-unit fee
Bundled Small Property Package*
Designed for multiple small properties owned or managed by the same company and located within the same affiliate territory with less than 50 units per property.
Recurring Annual Fee:
- NAA Affiliate Membership Dues (based on property location)
- $300 Blue Moon license fee
- $2.99 per-unit fee

Small Owner Package
Designed for communities with less than 50 units each.
Recurring Annual Fee:
- NAA Affiliate Membership Dues (based on property location)
- $100 per license fee (includes first 20 units)
- $5.00 per additional unit fee
3. Set up Blue Moon preferences and PMS integration (if applicable) in collaboration with Blue Moon.
