2021 Products & Services Trade Show

Registration is open to current 2021 Product and Services Members without an outstanding balance. Non-members are welcome to exhibit with an acquired prorated membership to BRAA. Registration will stay open until December 2, 2021, however, if you would like to have your table location on the Map on the Welcoming Banner you must register by end of day Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Full payment must be submitted before vendors can attend the trade show. 

 

Vendor Tables

  • Standard tables ($450) include a 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and 2 vendor tickets (tables #16-40 in the layout below). 
  • Premium tables ($550) include an 8' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and 2 vendor tickets, and are strategically placed in areas of the hall with higher expected foot traffic(tables #1-15 in the layout below).
  • Additional vendor tickets may be added for $10 each. A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is included in the cost of the table. Full payment is due by December 7, 2021.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Your sponsorship will include your company logo on the website and verbal & signage recognition in addition to the benefits listed with each sponsorship opportunity below.

  • The Flurry: Your company logo will be included on a welcoming trade-show standing banner with a map of the vendors. (Unlimited Available, Deadline 11/30/21) - $125
  • The Wintry Mix: Your company banner (24x36in) will be displayed at the check-in table for each participant to see during the event. (2 Available Deadline 12/7/21) - $300
  • The Snow Day Special- $400:
    • Bag- Your company logo will be printed along with the Trade Show Logo on 200 bags handed out at check-in. (3 Available Deadline 11/17/21)
    • Cup- Your company logo will be printed along with the tradeshow logo on 200, 12 oz plastic cups to be used at the bars. (1 Available Deadline 11/17/21)
    • Lanyard- Your company logo will be printed along with the BRAA Trade Show logo on 200 lanyards handed out at check in. This level will also cover a portion of the Uber & Lyft rides for attendees. (1 Available Deadline 11/17/21)
  • The Blizzard: Your logo will be on the BRAA Trade Show T-Shirt, your company will be exclusively featured in a BRAA Facebook Ad for one week, and your sponsorship will cover a portion of the Uber & Lyft rides for attendees.  (5 Available Deadline 11/17/21) - $500

How to Register

  1. Sign in to register
    • If registering yourself, click on "Register Myself" below and pick your registration option.
    • If registering someone else, click on "Register Someone Else" below, type their name into the search box to select them or create a new contact and pick their registration option.
  2. Select any additional items to add to your registration below.
  3. Once your registration option and your additional items have been added, click on "Next" at the bottom to continue to the Awards Dinner registration (if you selected to register for both) or "Proceed to Checkout" to provide payment information and complete your registration
