Certified Apartment Manager Course
BRAA is Offering the CAM credential Course in person this May. This class will be taught by Katie Rigsby. Members: $1,200 Non Members: $1,700 This price includes the course, e- book, and exam fee.
To Obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- Meet all examination standards within six (6) months of declaring candidacy
After a candidate registers for the CAM course with BRAA they must fill out the Credential Enrollment with NAAEI. Additional information on how to enroll with NAAEI can be found at this link: Credential enrollment tutorial
Registration fee must be received in full prior to the class starting.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to receive a full refund, a cancellation must be received in writing by April 25. Please contact the office for any cancellations after April 25.
