Jennifer Ballard -Rampart Management
I, Jennifer L. Ballard, am a RPM for Rampart Management. I have enjoyed working with my company and team members for 7 1/2 years. I have been in property management for 31 vears. I have enjoyed the education, experience and teams I have had over the years. I would like to be able to share my experience with the Board.
Jennifer Landry-Hawthorne Residential Partners
Hello! My name is Jennifer Landry. I have worked in Property Management for a little over 8 years and can truly say I have found my calling in this profession. I have served on the Houma Thibodaux board before it was dissolved back into the New Orleans Apartment Association. That experience being able to work with like minded individuals and making life long friendships has been wonderful and I would like to do the same in the community I am serving now.
Charlaina Poole- Bearing Point Properties
I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Southern University. I started my career in property management in 2007 as a leasing agent and in 2009 became a property manager. I have been recognized by BRAA twice as manager of the year . I enjoy hosting resident events and posting to our social media pages. When I am not working you can find me shopping, vacationing and being a host at family events. I wish to serve on the board because I love people, planning events, dressing up, promoting events, parting with my peers and I have lots of new ideas to help promote participation in event.

Jamie Carruth- U.S. Lawns Baton Rouge
I am a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and have a vested interest in our community. As a retired educator of 32 years, I joined with my son Alex and started U.S. Lawns-BR 7 years ago. Our combined experiences have proven to be a successful model as we proudly service commercial properties in the Baton Rouge area. I believe that by serving on the BRAA Board of Directors and I can provide an inside view from a supplier standpoint that will benefit community managers and suppliers as they build relationships.

Philip Johnson - Magnolia Property Solutions
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, I've been apart of the Greater Baton Rouge apartment industry throughout the entirety of my adult life; beginning as a Groundskeeper and finishing my tenure as a Maintenance Supervisor before transitioning over to being a supplier. It is my desire to serve on the board because I believe I can continue to bring a fresh and insightful perspective.
Fernando Puebla- PuroClean
I am originally from Caracas Venezuela. I have Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, a Master's degree in Education Administration and Supervision, and a Master's degree in Business Administration and I also own a construction company in Baton Rouge called PUEBLA CONSTRUCTION. I have been a Division 1 baseball coach for 11 years as well. I wish to serve on the BRAA Board of directors because I am committed to helping our
community and bring my knowledge as to how we can build strong: relationships and help each other.
